Rhondda Vanzella OAM

Rhondda Vanzella is a dynamic leader with decades of experience in rural, regional, and urban leadership, as well as in sales, retail, property, and international marketing. A War Widow, veteran mother, and grandmother, Rhondda's lived experiences, including the loss of two sons, drive her passionate advocacy for families affected by loss. She is deeply committed to mentoring women in leadership, giving voice to the voiceless, and empowering women to succeed.

 

With a long-standing dedication to service and a relentless drive for excellence, she challenges the status quo and delivers impactful results. A Liberal Party member for over 50 years, Rhondda has held every position up to Vice President of the Division and currently serves as Vice President of the Women’s Council.

OJ Rushton

OJ Rushton is a trailblazer in technology, music, and event management with over 40 years of experience. From early days in her family’s Computer Sales and Service business, she was ahead of her time, teaching database and graphic design skills to corporate clients whilst her peers were working at fast-food jobs. A dynamic public speaker, and speaking and performance coach, OJ traveled the globe before the pandemic, sharing her expertise with diverse audiences. With a Diploma of Internet Marketing, she excels in CRM management and marketing.

Notable achievements include working closely with Rhondda to orchestrate and manage the prestigious Kangaroo March Centenary Reenactment in 2015 and the Women United by Defence Service Dinner in 2019, showcasing unparalleled expertise and dedication.
